Because our work involves time, planning, and strategy, our refund and cancellation terms are as follows:

1. Service-Based Refunds

• Payments made for services (such as advertising, SEO, or design) are non-refundable once work has commenced.

• If a cancellation request is made before the project start date, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a service agreement by providing written notice before project initiation. Ongoing services (like monthly retainers) may be canceled with a 15-day prior notice.

3. Project Delays

If delays are caused due to incomplete client input or communication gaps, no refunds will be issued.
